Are you tired of talk therapy that feels like it’s going nowhere?
Do you want to feel real change in your body–mind, not just talk about it?
My work supports women who want a deeper, embodied approach to healing — one that includes the nervous system, emotions and the felt sense of the body rather than relying on conversation alone. I work “bottom-up,” helping your system shift physiologically through somatic awareness, emotional processing, nervous system regulation and experiential practice.
My intention is to help you reconnect with parts of yourself you’ve abandoned, build inner resources and move through life with greater ease, clarity and empowerment.

Discovery call
A free discovery call gives us the chance to meet, ask questions and explore what you’re currently navigating. It helps us understand whether we’re a good fit and whether my approach feels supportive for what you’re moving through.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session is slow, spacious and grounding. You’ll be invited to share some contextual history — enough for me to understand your patterns, needs and experiences without diving into overwhelming depth.
We’ll explore your intentions, begin gentle somatic work, and establish pacing, safety and communication so your system feels supported and resourced.
Scope of Practice
I practise privately and outside the Medicare or diagnostic system, which means:
no mental health diagnoses
no Medicare rebates
no court or legal documentation
not suitable for acute crisis or emergency support
This allows us to work without labels, at your pace, and in a deeply relational, somatic and embodied way.
“It is really rare to find someone like Laura to work with. I felt so comfortable being raw and vulnerable, and to face wounds and patterns that even after many years of talk therapy were still hanging around — waiting to be felt, not just talked about.
Laura always knew exactly where my edge was, and how to meet it with softness, respect and authenticity. I feel on such a different path because of our work together. I’m deeply grateful.”
